"A Letter from Me to You."   What the story is about...

If you can imagine the "No, David!" books by David Shannon, personalized with your child's name, this book is for you.  The story unfolds as the adult (You) sits down to write a keepsake letter to your child (Son, Daughter, Niece, Nephew, Grandchild).  Your child creates plenty of distractions as she/he just can't seem to stay way from the gumball jar.  Your child even gets involved with the neighborhood cat and discovers why gumballs and cat fur don't mix.  Eventually, you are able to finish the letter and your child happily takes some time out to help you put the finishing "touches" on it.  Your child will be tickled to see both your name and theirs throughout the story.  They'll be especially delighted as you finish the story by reading the heart-felt letter, written lovingly by you.
